Place All the Ingredients in a Blender and Pulse Until You Have a Semi Fine Paste.seal Tightly in a Plastic Container and Refrigerate Until Needed.

    Place all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until you have a semi fine paste. (If artichokes are large then pulse them lightly to start before adding other ingredients.) Seal tightly in a plastic container and refrigerate until needed.
