This Basic Brioche Recipe is simply delicious and you're gonna wanna make an easy way for your family.This is my basic brioche recipe, soft, light, and intensely buttery. For those who desire even more butter, it can be increased to 6 ounces, which will also make the crumb finer, denser, and more cake-like. This is actually a very easy dough to make, especially in a bread machine, which handles this small amount of dough perfectly.

    In two batches, add are butter, knead for about 6-8 minutes or until the butter is incorporated into the dough. It does take time, so be patient.

    Place the dough into a clean lightly oiled bowl, lightly cover and leave in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. It can be refrigerated at this point to form the next day.

    20 Min

    Knock back the dough and shape into rolls 110g each. Cover and leave in a warm place until the dough is light and puffy. Brush with the egg wash and bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Leave to cool on a wire rack.
