Braised Lamb, White Polenta, Parsley, Onion and Caper Salad

  1. Step

    15 Min

    Place cooking liquor, lamb and fennel into a medium saucepan and gently warm over a medium heat, check seasoning. Place portion of polenta into a small saucepan and whisk over a medium heat until warmed through, check seasoning.

    In a small stainless steel bowl toss together parsley, capers, lemon zest and onion. Pour polenta into a bowl plate. Top with lamb and fennel followed by herb salad as per photograph.
