Bread And Butter Pudding

This Is Simply Delicious Recipe, Make It Fast.

Lightly grease a 2.5 liter ovenproof dish & swirl syrup over the base & side of the dish.Butter the bread,Whisk together the eggs , extra yolks. This Bread and Butter Pudding is simply delicious and you're gonna wanna make an easy way for your family.

Method

  1. Step

    10 Min

    Lightly grease a 2.5 liter ovenproof dish & swirl syrup over the base & side of the dish.Butter the bread, cut each slice in half & arrange one in the bottom of the dish.Sprinkle with another layer of bread. Keep going with the layers until you’ve used all the bread and sultanas.

    40 Min

    Whisk together the eggs , extra yolks , milk, cream, vanilla, sugar and orange zest. Carefully pour over the bread and leave for 30 minutes. Every 10 minutes or so, press the bread down so that it soaks up all of the liquid .Sprinkle with the extra sugar, Preheat the oven to 1800c.

  3. Step

    15 Min

    Bake the pudding until golden brown. Leave the pudding out of the oven for 15 minutes to cool a little, before serving with cream.
