Combine the egg whites, buttermilk, add chicken 650 g chicken thigh fillets, boneless, soy sauce, baking powder and other ingredients. Then cook it easy and serve.

    Combine the egg whites, buttermilk, soy sauce, and baking powder, salt in a bowl and gently whisk.
