    Line the terrine mould with Clingfilm and a little oil to stop it sticking.

    Place cling film over the top press and leave to set in the fridge over night.

    When the terrine is set remove from the mould Lay out Parma ham oncling film Soak and melt 5 leaves of gelgertine Brush the gerlatineover the Parma ham and wram ham and warp the terrine tightly.
