Hainanese Chicken Fat Rice Recipe

This Is Simply Delicious Recipe, Make It Fast.

Mix the rice base with the chicken skin and arame/hijiki seaweed. Heat the rapeseed oil in a cast iron pan. Add the mixed rice base and cook at a high temperature on the hob for 5 minutes. Rice should be catching on the bottom of the pan. Top with the chilli fried egg. Arrange the courgette/zucchini, beetroot, sprouting sunflower seeds, shiso cress, pickles and coriander as per photograph. Serve with chilli sauce on the side.
