This Is Simply Delicious Recipe, Make It Fast.

Roast chicken bones until golden, drain off fat.Put everything in a large saucepan with 10 liters of cold water.Bring to a near boil and reduce the heat to maintain a steady simmer.After 5-10 minutes, use a large shallow spoon to skim offand discard scum.Simmer the stock undisturbed for 3 hour, Stain stock.
