Coconut and Lime Macadamia Cake

This Is Simply Delicious Recipe, Make It Fast.

Preheat the oven to 1800 c. Place nuts ,Fold through the zest & coconut then the nut mixture whisk egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form. This Coconut and Lime Macadamia Cake is simply delicious and you're gonna wanna make an easy way for your family.

Method

  1. Step

    20 Min

    Preheat the oven to 1800c. Place nuts , flour & salt in the bowl of a food processor & process until the nuts are ground.Place the egg yolks & sugar in a bowl & beat until the mixture is pale & creamy.

  2. Step

    10 Min

    Fold through the zest & coconut then the nut mixture whisk egg whites in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Using a large metal spoon, fold lightly through the nut butter.Spread the butter evenly into a 23cm greased or non-stick cake tin.

  3. Step

    50 Min

    Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven & sit for 10 minutes in the tin.Turn the cake out onto a serving plate. Spread the lime icing over the warm cake, allowing it to drizzle down the sides.
