Crab, Chorizo and Kim Chee Fried Brown Rice

Delicious food, Makes it Fast.

Heat the oil, add the chorizo and cook.Add chilli, ginger, garlic and spring onions and cook for 1 minute then rice and cook it well .Then serve it

    Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the chorizo and cook until the red oils run out. Add chilli, ginger, garlic and spring onions and cook for 1 minute. Add rice and stir continuously to heat through. After 2 minutes add crab and continue frying. Add spring onion and ginger dressing and 20g/¾ oz kimchee and continue frying for another 30 seconds. Serve rice with egg ribbons, crispy shallots and remaining kimchee on the side and coriander leaves scattered on top.
