    15 Min

    Combine lime juice, fish sauce, ginger, chilli, sesame oil and masterstock. Toss together with pork, pomelo/pink grapefruit, green beans, beansprouts, herbs, chilli and cashews before arranging on plate. Sprinkle over crispy shallots to serve.
