Fennel Slaw

Fennel slaw Testy & Spicy.

Lightly whisk the mustard, vinegar and olive oil together in a stainless steel bowl. Add all of the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat lightly. Arrange the salad on the plate. Using the same stainless steel bowl, toss the fennel with lemon juice, olive oil and a pinch of salt. Add tuna to the bowl, half toss then pile onto plate. Season tuna with a pinch of salt. Serve with lime on the side.
