French Toast With Berries and Yogurt

Delicious food ,Makes it Fast.

Take the butter into the oven then arrange the cream, peanut and berries then serve it.

    Pan fry brioche slices in butter until golden. Cook in oven at 180C for 4 minutes. Arrange on plate with yoghurt cream and berries as per photograph. Sprinkle with crushed peanut brittle and dust with icing sugar. Serve with maple syrup on the side.
