Method

    15 Min

    Mix Panko and parmesan together. In a separate bowl mix egg and milk together. Toss the tomato slices in flour. Dip into egg mixture. Return to flour and toss again. Dig into the egg mixture again before coating well in Panko mixture. Deep fry tomatoes at 180°C/350°F for 3 minutes until crisp and well coloured.
