Method

  1. Step

    Add confit garlic to a food processor with a pinch of salt

  2. Step

    Add dijion mustard, egg yolks and freshly cracked black pepper

  3. Step

    2 Min

    Add white vinegar and lemon juice until combined

  4. Step

    5 Min

    Mix the oils together and slowly add the oils to the base whilst the machine is running

  5. Step

    Season well and if it becomes too thick you could always add some warm water to thin it out.
