Brush the Olive Oil Over the Tune Steaks and Season Liberally With Salt and Pepper. Heat a Large Non-stick Frying Pan Over a High Heat, Add the Tune and Cook for 2 Minutes Each Side. Remove From the Pan Slice Ease Steak Into Smaller Pieces. Arrange on Serving Plates and Seer With Spinach Leave and Relish.
