  1. Step

    Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Cream together the butter, sugar, seeds and lemon zest until pale and light. Add one egg at a --Step~20 Min~

  2. Sift together the flour and baking powder then fold into the egg mixture. Add the milk and lemon juice and mix well. Divide the mixture into 85g/3 oz small paper loaf cases. Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until the edges are starting to turn golden. Remove and allow to cool before serving.
