Method

  1. Step

    Mon (while, scrubbed & cleaned) Ace in water for I day (24 hrs.) – drain. Peat process, twice more

    Third day, cut we dyer into lemon but cup it whole & place rock salt in slits. Ace in sanitized jar. Ace about 5 cardamom pods, 5 bay leaves, Chilies into jar.

    Il water & place in jar & lemon, just to jar It linden. Ice in cool dark Arce for 40days.
