Method

    5 Min

    Toss cabbage with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Place corn bread thin on sheet of parchment paper. Spoon yoghurt down centre of the bread. Top with cabbage followed by hummus then most of herbs. Place the falafel on top and gently crush them. Lay lemon slices on top before wrapping up to enclose. Serve with chilli, pickles and remaining herbs on the side.
