Whisk eggs ,add tspn of butter & pinch salt,Add 1 x 250ml ladle of egg mix, spoon, allowing mixture,Fold eggs once or twice more,

Method

  1. Step

    1 min

    Whisk eggs and cream together until well incorporated.

    2 min

    Place a non stick pan on a medium heat, add tspn of butter & pinch salt

  3. Step

    20 Sec

    Add 1 x 250ml ladle of egg mix

  4. Step

    5 min

    As egg starts to set in the pan lightly fold lit with wooden spoon, allowing mixture to run back onto the surface of the pan,Fold eggs once or twice more, should look folded not scrambled.
