Olive oil,Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium than 1 minute each side.Place 3 carrot fritters on a plate,scallops and drizzle with dressing

Method

  1. Step

    5 min

    Place the scallops in a bowl, add the olive oil, season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.

  2. Step

    6 min

    Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium to high heat and cook the scallops for no more than 1 minute each side.

  3. Step

    5 min

    Place 3 carrot fritters on a plate, to with the watercress and scallops and drizzle with the yoghurt dressing.

  4. Season with pepper.
