Sheftalies Recipe Is Delicious Food.

Saute onion until tender and allow to cool fully. Add lamb mince, pork mince, parsley, black pepper, mint, breadcrumbs, cinnamon and knead until well combined. Drain water from caul fat, rinse with fresh water until the water runs clear. Roll mince into 5cm (2in) ovals, flatten slightly and wrap in caul fat and refrigerate to firm up. Char-grill over a gentle heat until cooked through, serve with fresh lemon.
