Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder With Cumin & Coriander Seeds

Delicious & Healthy Food. Make It Fast.

Preheat the oven to 2400 C. Crush the cumin and coriander seeds with a mortar and pestle.Put the pork in a large roasting tin, drizzle with olive oil & rub with the crushed spices. Season well with sea salt & freshly ground black pepper.

Method

  1. Step

    10 Min

    Preheat the oven to 2400 C. Crush the cumin and coriander seeds with a mortar and pestle.

  2. Step

    20 Min

    Put the pork in a large roasting tin, drizzle with olive oil & rub with the crushed spices. Season well with sea salt & freshly ground black pepper.

  3. Step

    5 Min

    Put in the oven and until the pork is browned, then remove from the oven,

  4. Step

    30 Min

    Reduce the oven to 1800 C. Moisten a large piece of banking paper with water & place over the pork, tucking the edgers. Underneath. Return to the oven & roast until tender.

  5. Step

    10 Min

    Rest for 10 minutes before carving.
