Marinate squid in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, chill cut into strips, Place the cucumber, tomatoes, celery, celery leaves, basil and remaining .Heat a large frying pan over a high heat.

Method

  1. Step

    2 Hours

    Marinate squid in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, chilli for about 2 - 3 hours cut into strips

  2. Step

    2 Min

    Heat a large frying pan over a high heat. Add squid and cook for about 1 - 2 minutes , 2 ea garlic, crushed

  3. Step

    1 Min

    Place the cucumber, tomatoes, celery, celery leaves, basil and remaining olive oil

  4. Step

    5 Min

    Add squid to salad, toss well and serve on plate ,Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle with capers. Serve
