Steamed Fish With Ginger

Mix all ingredient firm white fish fillets, fresh coriander leaves, green onions, thinly sliced, long red chill, deserved, thinly sliced, piece fresh ginger, peeled cut into thin match sticks, garlic clove, thinly sliced,caster sugar, soy sauce,peanut oil sesame oil.
