Tagliatelle With Fresh Mushrooms

Mix mushrooms, olive oil, white wine and other ingredients. Then cook it and serve.

Method

  1. Step

    10 Min

    Soak 80gm mushrooms porcini for 10 min , shred.

  2. Step

    0 Min

    Strain liquid, reserve.

  3. Step

    0 Min

    Sauti Shallots in olive oil, add mushrooms & 150 ml dry white wine

  4. Step

    5 Min

    Add mushrooms liquid & 300ml chicken stock, bring to boil.

  5. Step

    5 Min

    Redice by ½, simmer. Stir in 300 ml thicken cream

  6. Step

    5 Min

    Simmer 5 min, strain sauce into jag.
