Tomato Compote Is Tasty Spicy & Healthy Food.

Saute Red Onions Them Add Sugar Slowly Caramelize. Add and Chilly. Place Cherry Tomatoes on Baking Tray and Pour Caramelizes Onions Over the Tomatoes and Put Into the Oven at 170 Degrees. Cook for 15 Mins, Stirring Every 5 Mins. Then Add Balsamic and Cook for a Further 5-10 Mins and Season. Makes Enough 2 X 2 Litre Containers.
