    15 Min

    Cut out disks of puff pastry and place on a tray with greaseproof paper. Put a small amount of caramelized onion in the middle of the pastry, then 3 cubes of fetta (approx 2cm squared). Place 2 halves of roast tomato on top and place into oven at 170 degrees until pastry is golden on the bottom and sides. Allow to cool, then place a little more caramelized onion on top.
