Method

    Add extra virgin olive oil to a pan. Add the garlic, chilli and infuse the oil.

    Add the cherry tomatoes and cook till broken down.

    Add the white wine and reduce by half.

    Pour in the prawn stock and capers and bring to a simmer. Allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes

    Add the crabmeat and toss in the pasta of choice.

    Toss in the parsley and season well.

    Serve with a lemon wedge.
