Veal Stock

This Spicy & Delicious Food, Make It and Serve.

Add veal shin, pig trotters, brown onion, halved, carrots, chopped, celery stalks and other ingredients. Then cook it fast and serve.

  1. Step

    40 Min

    Preheat oven to 180.C Place the Veal bones on a baking tray and roast in the oven for about 40 minutes, or golden brown.

    Deglaze tray with a little boiling water, scraping up any caramelized juices from the bottom.

    Place the bones, the roasting juices and all the other ingredients in a large pot.

    Cover with 15 lt of cold water and bring to the boil.

  5. Step

    10 Min

    Skim off the scum as it comes to the surface. Lower heat and simmer for 12 hours. Top up water if needed.

    Strain, season with salt and leave to cool
