Warm Lentil And Beetroot Salad

This Is Simply Delicious Food, Wanna Taste! Make It Fast and Serve.

Add carrot, celery, onion, garlic, dill, beetroot, diced and other ingredients,Sweat the carrots, celery, till soften. Add the tomatoes and breakdown. Add the lentils, stir, add water and bring to the boil then simmer. And cook it fast and serve it.

Method

    Sweat the carrots, celery, onion, garlic till soften. Add the tomatoes and breakdown. Add the lentils, stir, add water and bring to the boil then simmer.

    Once the lentils are cooked, season. Place 150ml in vessel, add grated raw beetroot, torn croutons, a sprinkle of herbs.

    Place mozzarella on top, spiced flaxseeds and pomegranate. Season and drizzle with olive oil, lemon zest
