White Bean Soup With Bay and Pancetta

This Is Simply Delicious Recipe, Make It Fast.

Put the olive oil & butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.Add the cannelloni beans & chicken stock and bring to the boil,Remove the bay leaves.

Method

  1. Step

    10 Min

    Put the olive oil & butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. When the butter has melted, add the onion, salt and bay leaves & cook until the onion is soft and translucent.

    10 Min

    Add the cannellini beans & chicken stock and bring to the boil, then reduce the heat & simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Step

    5 Min

    Remove the bay leaves & puree the soup in a blender until smooth. Ladle into olive oil and to with crisp pancetta to serve.
